In his professional life, Brian has prided himself on finding the biggest problem in the room, and picking a fight. For the last few years, Brian has been fighting inefficient property management that affects real estate professionals every day. With a doctorate in engineering and a background working for some of the biggest software engineering firms in the country, Brian is the brains behind Smart Management.
Tim Bratz
Tim Bratz has bought over 6,000 apartment units in the last ten years. Doing that type of volume in that time, Tim can confidently say that bad property management is more responsible than any other factor for property values and net worths getting vaporized. In addition to overseeing over 3,000 doors in his current portfolio with Legacy Wealth Holdings, Tim has poured countless amounts of energy and resources into Smart Management since its inception.
Matt Carlin
If Brian Fast is the brains behind the software side of Smart Management, Matt Carlin is the brains behind the real estate operations. Tasked with overseeing the management of Legacy Wealth Holdings’ massive portfolio, Matt has worked tirelessly alongside Brian to make sure that Smart Management is loaded with management features that will save operators like him a ton of time and money.
